A bit an uncle of mine who was an engineer but mostly by my own interests, sailing and wanting to understand how it worked started it all.

My physics and chemistry teachers from high school did, they were amazing! My physics teachers were like a comedy double-act and my chemistry teacher looked exactly like Einstein!! They were really inspiring and made learning a lot of fun 🙂

I guess my teachers in my high school spoke very highly of engineering and its applications and I was interested in mathematics. So I wanted to go for it.

My dad was an electronics engineer (before he retired) who made technologies for planes. I saw how much he loved his job and all the amazing stuff he made. Every time I’d ask him “what did you do at work today?” he’d give a different answer. His job just sounded so interesting!
