      It is quite simple actually. Heat the hob. First add onion to oil and fry it a bit (golden state). Then add spices (mustard, cumin and pepper) to it and add fish pieces to the mixture. Add tamarind juice and coconut (milk or ground ) to the mixture (can add tomato juice if need). Add chilli powder, salt, pepper cumin powder (as you need). Add coriander leaves for fragrance and garam masala. After it has boiled well switch the hob off and serve. Tastes good with rice and rotis. Hope you enjoy it! Have done it only once myself, but tastes heavenly if done properly (mom’s kitchen).
