These images are scanning or screening images which are obtained by clinical X-ray scanning, Ultrasound images, MRI or CT images from patients in hospitals. Formal written consent is taken from patients that their images will be used for research purposes and it is used for our research ONLY when the consent is provided by the patients.

If you are asking from imaging point of view, the abdomen is usually imaged using CT or ultrasound(even PET imaging), Brain mostly MRI (ultrasound cannot be used due to skull), Heart (any imaging except x-rays), skeleton (X-rays). Hope it was helpful.
